For those of us anxiously awaiting a trip to the polling booth, voting day is finally here!  To make your voter experience as footloose and fancy free as possible, remember a couple of things:

  • Polls are open from 6AM to 7pm across the state.
  • You need to prove who you are at your polling place (for best results, bring your AZ driver’s license or ID card). If you have questions about acceptable forms of identification, check out the rules according to our Secretary of State.
  • If you received an early ballot but haven’t mailed it, you can drop it off at your county recorder’s office or any polling place by 7pm on Feb. 5th. (Don’t mail it; it’s too late.)
  • If something goes awry, you can probably vote a provisional ballot - but call the Secretary of State’s office for more information(602.542.8683).

Happy Voting Day!
