I was going through some emails and came across this one. It is a perfect example of why senior women are Hillary’s base. They remember what it was like before women could raise kids and have a job. Women have come a long way but we still have far to go. Look around corporate America - look at the leadership in unions. We have come a long way baby- but we still have ceilings to shatter. Enjoy…..
My 90 year old grandmother died last fall. She was born before women had the right to vote. She was always a serious democratic activist & an elected county official in the 70’s. So, it is only fitting that while her empty house in Anderson (30 minutes NE of Indianapolis) is on the market, we are letting out of state Hilary campaign organizers live there while they organize
Indiana. She would be proud of that.
