Palin debate predictions.

1. Sarah Palin will exceed expectations fantastically. The bar is so low that an anorexic centipede couldn’t crawl under it.
2. Palin will answer every question will be answered with non-answers, glittering generalities, and folksy anecdotes. So what if she doesn’t possess all that smartypants elitist “knowledge”? She’s cute! You can relate to her!
3. She will sneer at Biden. A lot. She will remind the audience how non-elitist she is. Repeatedly. While sneering at Biden. And smirking.
4. At least one faux feminist outrage moment. Palin will point at Biden and say something like “Don’t patronize me!” Palin is nothing if not a faux feminist. This will be the only time she will take a pause from sneering and/or smirking.
5. “Sarah Palin did what she needed to do!” will be on the lips of every TV pundit tomorrow.

After the election, perhaps Palin could be a commentator on Faux News. A Faux feminist for Faux News. Perfect!
4 out of 5 is pretty good. Well, I haven’t seen #5 yet, but mostly because I don’t have cable. I’m sure it is exactly what they’re saying because it’s what everyone I’ve talked to thinks. Also. What is with her saying also like every other word? It’s the conjunction to nowhere.
The best way to describe her speaking style is bizarre marriage of Ned Flanders and Valley Girl. And what was with the winking? I watched CNN and they have this graph thingy that monitors undecideds. Every time she winked the line that measured women TANKED. She did not go over well with Independents or women tonight.
