Sarkis is a CONVICTED criminal who gas NOT had his record expunged. He is a punk kid who failed to appear in court when he was supposed to for furnishing liquor to a minor. He is TOTALLY unqualified to be a Judge; I still do not FATHOM how he beat me 63-37 in the Demo primary; he has NO chancve of being elected while i DID.

He was helped in the primary by a previously-unknown group called the Progressive Alliance who nebver contacted ME; every pol in this state knows that it is ME—not Stevie-boy—who has been on the cutting edge of progressive anti-Establishment politics in Arizona since age 11!!!!!

I will insure that little Stevie gets his licking in the General. When he \grows up and doesn’t carpetbag into a district to get an 86K “raise” in a job he is too immature for, tbhen MAYBE I’ll support him then. I DON’t know “rosie”–or who she is—but I APPRECIATE that SOMEONE is coming to my defense; I thjink the reprint of the three bios of me and the two Steves says it all; i am NOT perfect, but by any reasonable standard, I am CLEARLY most qualified of the three to be JP. I have truly “punched my ticket” in this community. I only wish SOMEONE could explain just HOW Sarkis beat me in the primary? did he use a ouji board or black magic or WHAT? I have lost a lot of elections, but NONE made as little sense as THIS one. SOMEONE OUT THERE who voted aqainst me—PLEASE tell me WHY!!!!! Especially if you voted for me in the past!!! To Anthony et al— The voters were conned into electing a TOTALLY unqualified, immature judge. May God have mercy on those whose cases will have to be heard by him. As for me, judicial Canons will require him to recuse himself from hearing any case involving me.
I was the ONLY qualified candidate for JP among the 4 who filed valid petitions. But Booth was clearly the MOST qualified of the three others—Sarkis was the LEAST qualified. As was shown by the victories of the 4 incompetent Republican County Supervisors and Andy Thomas & Joe Arapaio, I’m sure my critics will agree that VOTERS OFTEN MAKE THE WRONG CHOICE!!!!

Stevie Sarkis did work hard to WIN the ELECTION—but did NOT get the law degree and legal experience and maturity required of a Judge hearing cases involving up to 6 mos in jail and $10,000 civilly. The ability to “con” voters does not a good Judge make!!!!! That is why we no longer elect any other judges than JPs. I favored popular election of JPs—but not any more UNLESS a law degree or equivalent and a minimum age of 30 is required. I am PRO-kid–but THIS $105k job is NOT one for an inexperienced, uneducated go-fer clerk like little Stevie!!!! As I said on my website, IF Sarkis went to law school and waited 8 years, I could have supported him as my successor in 2016; his election can NOT make him qualified for the job. Anthony, your brother Steven Sarkis did not EARN anything, he is a liar and a cheat. Steve Sarkis lied to the people of the Arcadia/Biltmore Justice Court precinct by claiming he lived there when he in fact lived in a Tempe home. He lied and misrepresented his credentials. He committed perjury on campaign affidavits. He violated the Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct multiple times. He should be removed from office. Steven Sarkis is simply a 24 year old punk kid with a knack for lying and posting his frat party pictures online. This office is such a joke! While I’m proud of my Democratic party, the Justice of the Peace should not be elected and should have nothing to do with partisan politics. The fact is, Steven Sarkis was lucky in getting elected, he road Obama’s coat tails like he rides his girlfriend Jennifer. Give me a break Steven Sarkis got significantly less votes that Arizona’s first lesbian constable Carolyn Lane. I looked at the election results; Carolyn Lane beat her opponent by about 14% Steven Sarkis only won by a measly 4%. Dems had a significant registration advantage in the precinct, if he were so good he should have won by a much greater margin. If I were Carolyn Lane I would be embarrassed to work with this kid, she should run for Justice of the Peace in a few years. At least she has never had a DUI, had a warrant issued for her arrest, had a criminal misdemeanor conviction, or had the audacity to post pictures of himself online like Steven Sarkis. However, I do like the picture of the play penis/fire hose between the legs, he looks like Alfred E. Neuman from Mad Magazine.

I feel sorry for the court staff that now has to work with this arrogant kid who earlier this year was a clerk with 2 years of work experience at the Justice Court and now based on his LinkedIn profile claims he has “Worked extensively in the legal profession”. I’m sure this is some great power trip; he probably thinks he is smarter and better than everyone else since he was elected to the most ridiculous office aside from Constable or dog catcher. Justices of the Peace should be required to have a law degree and a member of the bar (FYI – Steven Sarkis, that doesn’t mean drinking) in good standing (that’s right Gary Peter Klahr you shouldn’t qualify – dumbass!).

Mr. Klahr, I believe I was very happy to finally hear you had been disbarred. In 1970 and 1971, I knew a couple of the kids you were “helping” . I worked at a Tastee Freeze on 27th avenue and Northern and you brought my friends for an ice cream, BUT as my friend told me, you left 1 boy that had smarted off to you, in the trunk of the car you were driving at the time. He stayed in there until you and the other 2 boys finished your ice cream cones then I watched as you let the boy out of your trunk and you all drove away. I have always thought that incident very unnerving, and I was only 16 at the time, so I for one am very glad for your disbarment, cause I dont think you were doing those boys any good.

A close friend has followed your career & is strongly encouraging me to try to reach you for direction.
I don’t know any other way to contact you so please forgive this venue. I am a father diagnosed with PTSD & other related issues, that has been unable to work for 2 years since my breakdown. This has resulted in my subjection to the effective “Debtors Prison” situation due to failure to pay child support. Situations in the infamous Tent City [work release]where I have been now for 3 months (with NO release date) have severely increased my challenges, reduced my previously meager income to effectively -0- and subjects me to increasing penalties and arrearages subject to 29.9% interest compounded monthly. MCSO repeatedly denies medication to inmates with mental illness issues and the “Accountability court” is doing a fine job of nailing the fathers unable to pay rather than those able and unwilling.
I am now indigent as of last Monday and unable to locate any legal assistance & incapable of representing my self in open discussion.
If you have any suggestions, please respond.
