And now that after waiting for decades to have a rual district, CD-1 finally does have Ann Kirkpatrick, a congresswoman who actually lives in rural Arizona. So what does the GOP want to do about it? Import legislative retread Rusty Bowers from Mesa to represent us on our 'rural' concerns. Let's face it, they only have a national agenda.
