I completely agree with you in princple, but I think the Phoenix infrastructure couldn't handle it. I'm in downtown frequently and the closest heavy rail is probably owned by Southern/Pacific. I completely agree with you in princple, but I think the Phoenix infrastructure couldn’t handle it. I’m in downtown frequently and the closest heavy rail is probably owned by Southern/Pacific. Good luck with that.
