Bill Moyer’s excellent investigative report on ALEC is available online so don’t miss it, since it features our very own Senator Steve Farley prominently. Arizona gets a fair amount of attention in the report since we have a whole lotta Republican lawmakers as members and they heart them some ALEC model legislation.
Toward the end you’ll see Farley talking about his “sunshine” bill that would require legislators to disclose ALEC gifts and scholarships just as other lobbyist expenditures have to be. Rock throwing!

O yuh?! I’ll bet Katie has thrown a rock or two. And sticks, don’t forget sticks.
What makes Johnson’s knee jerk attempt at false balance so farcical is the fact is that the Dems have been pretty much shut out by the Repub supermajority. Kinda hard to throw rocks and yell if you’ve been tied up and your mouth is taped shut.
New toy. Good news, WE SUCK.
O and for the record I vote for every candidate with an R after their name.
(the R stands for required, right?)
I’d vote for a conservative Democrat if I could find one. Trouble is they don’t exist.
