Peggy Neely does not want to trouble her beautiful mind with likes of you lowly Phoenicians.

No really, Phoenix City Mayoral candidate Peggy Neely doesn’t.

Neely, a real-estate broker, blames builders for misinforming homebuyers about where future roads are supposed to go.

“To that, I say, ‘buyers beware,’ it is a buyer’s responsibility to understand what is coming. If there is not a roadway there, that does not necessarily mean that one won’t come,” Neely said

Neener neener, suckers. Your lack of insider developer information is NOT Peggy’s problemo.

it’ll just be paid for by the taxes paid by Phoenicians who already live here.

    Wait a minute…

People getting infrastructure that someone else paid for…

And the people getting the infrastructure move here and act like they’re entitled to better service and less of the tax burden than the rest of us…

    That sounds like socialism!

Here’s a clue folks. If you live on a road with a solid white line or a yellow line IT IS EVENTUALLY GOING TO BE A MAJOR THOROUGHFARE!
Dove Valley and Lone Mountain are both major roads in Phoenix. Shea, Cactus, Thunderbird and Bell were all once on the outskirts of the City. why do you think that North High is on Thomas? At one time Thomas was the northernmost street in the City.
Take responsibility for your own decisions and stop blaming Peggy Neely, who had nothing to do with this.
